Using this website
This website is run by Project Sarae. By using it, you agree to these terms. Clients who buy a plan also sign the Service Agreement. If the two ever conflict, the Service Agreement controls.
How buying works
- You can browse plans anytime, but checkout opens only through a private link I send after a free Zoom consultation.
- Each checkout link is personal to you and expires after 14 days. Please don’t share it.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. I never see or store your full card number.
Pricing
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars on the Pricing page. The price shown at your checkout is the price you pay. Existing clients get at least 30 days’ notice of any price change.
Refund policy

| Monthly plan | No partial refunds for a month already started. Cancel anytime after the 3-month minimum, effective at the end of the billing period. |
| Yearly plan | After the 3-month minimum, unused full months are refunded at the yearly plan’s monthly rate. |
| Add-ons | Full refund until work on the add-on begins. |
| Billing mistakes | Always refunded in full. |
To request a refund or cancel, email . Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
Reviews
Reviews must be honest and based on your real experience. I review submissions before they appear and may decline reviews that are spam, offensive, or include private information. I don’t edit the wording of reviews I publish.

Please don’t misuse this site, try to access the admin area, or submit false information.
